Dynetics to Host Lunch and Learn on Transforming Data into Valuable Business Information

"Business Intelligence & Dashboarding" will be the topic of a lunch-and-learn event hosted by Dynetics on Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2016. The presenter, Kelly Young, is an application developer at Dynetics, with experience in creating IT solutions for many commercial and government clients. The event will be held in the Dynetics Solutions Complex at 1004 Explorer Blvd. from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. 

Among other projects, Young has developed a project management solution for a national non-profit agency to assist members with their grant proposal process. She also developed an IT solution for an organization which automated processes and enhanced collaboration, making the organization more efficient and cost-effective.

Business intelligence facilitates the transformation of raw data into useful, meaningful information that can be analyzed for business purposes. It can be used to support a range of business decisions, both operational and strategic. This seminar will cover concepts such as turning data into information and making data actionable.
