Dynetics, Inc. has been awarded a $9,902,752 contract for hardware, software and design for the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) & Munitions Test Improvement Contract IV (CIMTIC IV) program at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida.
"Dynetics is proud to support the Air Force 96th Test Wing and their vital test mission. Our work performed through the CIMTIC contract along with all of our support to the DoD test community is very important to us," said Mike Moody, Dynetics vice president and manager for the products and hardware solutions division.
Dynetics received one of the three separate contracts that will build hardware, software or prototype systems that will help the Air Force's facilities and infrastructure.
The location of performance is Huntsville, Alabama and Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, and is expected to be complete by Aug. 25, 2017.
Dynetics has supported Eglin Air Force Base for more than 25 years and has performed as one of the prime contractors for the CIMTIC II and III contracts since 2005.
