Dynetics to Showcase Next-Generation Weapons at Air Armament Symposium

Because the reliability of weapons on the battlefield is critical, Dynetics has made significant investments in facilities and resources. Company representatives will talk at the Air Armament Symposium about developing and delivering reliable, effective weapons for today's warfighter facing deeply buried and hardened targets. Dynetics will exhibit in Booth #40 at the symposium, which will be held Nov. 4-5, 2014, at the Emerald Coast Convention Center in Ft. Walton Beach, Fla., near Eglin Air Force Base.

Dynetics offers comprehensive engineering, design and manufacturing capabilities that enable the company to deliver advanced penetrating munitions and other warheads.

According to company officials, technical experts work to solve problems with existing weapons, bringing them greater performance and reliability; to implement product improvements to legacy penetrators, demonstrating improved survivability and effectiveness against hardened targets; and to pioneer new production methodologies for penetrator applications.

Dynetics has more than 360,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities with full lifecycle capabilities. The company, which has been providing products and services to the government and other customers since 1974, develops products using the quality standards AS9100C, ISO 9001:2008 and SEI CMMI® Level 3.

The Air Armament Symposium 2014 provides a two-day interchange for senior government industry leaders to identify and share opportunities to capitalize on the Department of Defense's affordability-focused leadership and discuss application to current and planned armament development and modernization. The conference features  nationally recognized speakers, panel discussions, defense industry armament exhibits, networking opportunities and professional training accreditation.

The theme of the 40th annual event is "40 Years of Warfighting, Innovation and Partnership."
