Health and Wellness
Dynetics offers multiple options for medical coverage to allow employees to choose the plan that best meets their needs, including both a traditional PPO medical plan as well as a high-deductible plan. Both plans include comprehensive mental health benefits. We also offer health savings account (HSA) and flexible spending account (FSA) options, which offer pre-tax payroll deductions and a tax-free benefit on qualified medical expenses. The "dependent care" FSA allows employees to use pre-tax dollars to pay for dependent-care expenses. Dental and Vision insurance plans are available.

On-site Medical and Wellness Clinic
Our Huntsville employees enjoy access to an on-site medical and wellness clinic located in our Corporate Headquarters. Employees can use our online scheduling tool for urgent care and routing visits with our on-site nurse practitioner, with same-day appointments available.
Off-site Medical and Wellness Clinic
Employees and all dependents on Dynetics employee family health plans have access to a local clinic. With its convenient location near the Huntsville campus, the off-site clinic provides employees, spouses, and dependent children with quality care and same-/next-day appointments with minimal wait time. Lab work, wellness coaching, and an on-site dispensary is included in the appointment.
In addition to medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, Dynetics provides employees access to term life, supplemental life, disability, and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance coverage. Additional supplemental life insurance is available at the employee's expense, with a guaranteed issue within the first 30 days of employment.
Leave / Holidays
Dynetics employees are granted 10 paid holidays per company fiscal year.
Paid Personal Leave (PPL)
Employees start accruing PPL on their first day of employment. PPL accrual increases with length of employment.
Paid absences are authorized for jury duty, bereavement, and military reserve service. Dynetics complies fully with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
