Kay Gray is the vice president of Human Resources for Dynetics, where she provides strategic leadership for talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, learning and development, employee relations, compliance, HR systems and wellness. She is also the Business Team Manager at Dynetics. During her tenure she has played a key role in implementing the transformation of HR policies, practices and technologies to enhance customer service, support employee engagement and build a diverse workforce.
Gray joined the company in 2013 and has more than 20 years of diverse human resource expertise. Previously, she was the Director of Human Resources for Dynetics Technical Services. In addition, she was actively involved in the company's business development and operations. She has spent her career leading and managing teams to high levels of customer service and executing corporate strategy.
Gray is active on numerous community boards and committees and serves in a mentor capacity to multiple college-aged students and young professionals. Gray earned a bachelor's degree in management from the University of North Alabama.
