Our program consists of:

- Attendance at seminars sponsored by professional associations on specialized technical topics
- In-house technical training supervised by our Chief Scientist
- In-house sessions designed to improve managerial performance
To encourage our professional staff to stay abreast of the latest technology developments, Dynetics supports employee membership in appropriate professional associations and societies and allows each employee to subscribe to one technical journal at company expense. Dynetics encourages employees to present papers and publish research relevant to their area of expertise.
Building Minds through Continuing Education
Each year, many Dynetics employees continue their formal education, pursuing advanced degrees at local colleges and universities or improving their technical skills in specialized areas. If certain guidelines are met, Dynetics will pay for an employee's tuition, fees, and books.
